Morning Fitness Program

The Fitness Program is the newest addition at the Taekwon-Do Center.  Operating since November 2010, we have helped several individuals reach their fitness and health goals through a series of innovative training techniques including an intense cardio workout, light weight lifting and kickboxing drills.  Learn more on this website.  Just click HERE.

Relay For Life

There was a special event held at the Center today at 11:30AM.

Thanks to all for supporting the students of the Taekwon-Do Center and the sisters of Beta Phi Sigma Sorority.  Together we raised over $1,600 for Relay For Life.

Welcome to the Taekwon-Do Center.  We are committed to the preservation of traditional Martial Arts as passed down for generations.

Everyone is invited to take advantage of our FREE TRIAL OFFER.  At the Taekwon-Do Center, there has never been a cost to try our programs... and there has never been an obligation to join.

MY MESSAGE TO ADULTS:  If you are interested in developing your mind and body, you should try one of our adult programs.  Most adults who attend a couple of free sessions become members.  YOU CAN DO THIS,

REGARDLESS OF YOUR CURRENT PHYSICAL CONDITION.  In our programs, you will get the personal attention you need to succeed.  If you have ever been interested in the Martial Arts or a personal training experience and thought you could never do what we do, let me surprise you!

My message to parents:  On many occasions, I have heard positive comments from both parents and teachers about the children and young adults in our programs.  Here are some of the attributes commonly mentioned in association with my young students: "...MORE FOCUSED...", "...MORE ATTENTIVE...", "...BETTER

ATTITUDE...", "...MORE CONFIDENT...", "...HIGHLY MOTIVATED...", "...LONGER ATTENTION SPAN..." and so on.  Our programs can be a critical part of your child's development.
