TUITION AND PAYMENT POLICY All tuition payments are due on or before the first class of the month. A penalty is applied to the accounts where payment is delinquent for more than 30 days. It is recommended that students attend as many classes offered in their program as is possible to achieve the best results. There will be no refunds for missed or cancelled classes. Tuition is prorated for students who register in the middle of a month. There is no contract, just your commitment to progress. Each student may choose from two tuition payment options. Students who choose Option 1 must make payment no later than the specified deadline and will be committed to 3-months of training. Option 2 will apply if the student prefers 1-month commitments or if the tuition payment was not paid on or before the specified deadline.
Option 1 (quarterly payment plan): Payment must be made prior to the deadlines listed below. Student who are not up-to-date with their tuition are not eligible. There is a significant cost savings for students using this option.
Option 2 (month-to-month payment plan): Students who are not eligible to participate in Option 1 (late tuition payment or tuition owed) and those who prefer to make monthly payments will be required to pay their tuition on or before the normal monthly deadline. See the NEW tuition rates below.
Note: Students may switch between Option 1 and Option 2 at the Payment Deadline dates for each quarter listed below. Students who intend to make payments under Option 1 but fail to meet the payment deadline will be placed under Option 2 for the upcoming quarter. This student will remain under Option 2 until the next quarterly Payment Deadline.

Tuition Discount for Family Participation When calculating the total tuition rate for your family, you may reduce the rate for each participating family member (parents and siblings) as follows: Option 1 - Subtract $15 per student from the 3-month total. Option 2 - Subtract $5 per student from the 1-month total. Remember not to exceed the Family Max rate. (See examples below)
Option 1: (6 examples) These payments are made 4 times per year (Jan 1st, Apr 1st, Jul 1st, Oct 1st) Family #1: 1 Child, 1 Junior: Normal tuition = $345 - $30 (family discount). You pay $315. Family #2: 1 Child, 1 Adult: Normal tuition = $390 - $30 (family discount). You pay $360. Family #3: 2 Juniors: Normal tuition = $420 - $30 (family discount). You pay $390. Family #4: 1 Junior, 1 Adult: Normal tuition = $465 - $30 (family discount). You pay $435. Family #5: 2 Adults: Normal tuition = $510 - $30 (family discount). You pay $480. Family #6: 2 Juniors, 1 Adult: Normal tuition = $675 - $45 (family discount). Total is $630. You pay $555. (Maximum family rate applied)
Option 2: (6 examples) These payments are made at the beginning of each month. Family #1: 1 Child, 1 Junior: Normal tuition = $135 - $10 (family discount). You pay $125. Family #2: 1 Child, 1 Adult: Normal tuition = $150 - $10 (family discount). You pay $140. Family #3: 2 Juniors: Normal tuition = $160 - $10 (family discount). You pay $150. Family #4: 1 Junior, 1 Adult: Normal tuition = $175 - $10 (family discount). You pay $165. Family #5: 2 Adults: Normal tuition = $190 - $10 (family discount). You pay $180. Family #6: 2 Juniors, 1 Adult: Normal tuition = $255 - $15 (family discount). Total is $240. You pay $215. (Maximum family rate applied)
