Morning Fitness Program

The Fitness Program is the newest addition at the Taekwon-Do Center. Operating since November 2010, we have helped several individuals reach their fitness and health goals through a series of innovative training techniques including an intense cardio workout, light weight lifting and kickboxing drills. Relay For Life

There was a special event held at the Center today at 11:30AM.
Thanks to all for supporting the students of the Taekwon-Do Center and the sisters of Beta Phi Sigma Sorority. Together we raised over $1,600 for Relay For Life.

This program is designed for students from ages eight through twelve years. There are four scheduled sessions each week.
Juniors practice together on Monday, Wednesday
and Friday afternoons at 3:30PM or
evenings at 7:00PM on the same days. Class duration is
approximately 60
minutes. This is a serious martial arts program. Skills learned here
are similar to the adult program taught with an approach that is appropriate for
this age group.

Rank eligibility at this level: 10th Kup White Belt - 3rd Kup Blue Belt.
